Jeff Sayad is the founder of Taxintaxout.com, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in Canadian small business finance, tax planning, and corporate structure strategy. With deep knowledge of CRA compliance, sole proprietorship and corporate filings, and personal and investment tax optimization, Jeff helps individuals and business owners cut through complexity with clear, practical advice.
He specializes in working with entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and self-employed professionals — guiding clients through everything from start-up decisions to tax-efficient withdrawals from retirement accounts. Jeff’s strength lies in bridging the gap between financial strategy and everyday reality, ensuring clients not only meet their obligations but build sustainable financial futures.
When he’s not crunching numbers, Jeff is a passionate animal rescuer, an advocate for responsible financial literacy, and a firm believer that every dollar should work just as hard as you do.
The Real Story
I’m not your typical accountant. Sure, I know my way around a T2 return and can debate CCA rates with the best of them, but I also know what it’s like to be the one signing the front of the paycheck instead of the back.
I’ve built and run multiple businesses—from dispatching operations to real estate investments. I’ve managed corporate structures, holding companies, and everything in between. I’ve made mistakes, learned lessons, and figured out how to make the Canadian tax system work for you instead of against you.
“Every dollar should work just as hard as you do. My job is to make sure it does—while keeping the CRA happy and your stress levels low.”
Whether you’re a sole proprietor trying to decide if incorporation makes sense, a real estate investor optimizing rental deductions, or someone who just wants their RRSP and RRIF strategy to actually make sense—I’m here to translate the tax code into plain English and give you a plan you can act on.
Beyond The Numbers
When I’m not knee-deep in QuickBooks or hunting down receipts for clients, you’ll find me at home with my 12 rescue cats (yes, really), tinkering with tools in the garage, or troubleshooting something that probably didn’t need fixing but definitely needed my attention.
I bring that same hands-on, figure-it-out mindset to every client relationship. No question is too small, no tax situation too messy, and no spreadsheet too intimidating. If it’s got numbers, I’m into it. If it’s got details, I’m all over it.
